It's been a long winter here in Chicago and I can't wait to finally smell the roses. I actually bought this gorgeous top last October and have been waiting for the warm weather to wear it again. The bright blue color and floral print are screaming for spring. The cuff puffed sleeved and tapered waist with attached tie sash make it look like a designer piece. It's ON SALE for $18 only! I styled it with rolled hem jeans and my favorite metallic boots. Unfortunately these top shop boots are sold out long time ago, so I linked a similar version at a very affordable price. Throw on a blazer and you can dress it for work. My blazer is a very old one from Piazza Simpson. I also linked two blazers that definitely work with this beautiful blouse.
